About Project Be Someone

Project Harmony Child Advocacy Center in Omaha, Nebraska, founded Project Be Someone to invite all of us to participate in the protection of our children and bring communities together through education and awareness.

Through the Project Be Someone initiative, we are dedicated to providing tools and ways for everyone to learn about signs of abuse and how to respond to it. We believe that all children are someone. And, all adults can Be Someone to a child. The cycle of abuse does not have to continue. There is hope.

Communities are coming together, pooling their resources and making a difference. Slowly but surely, we’re flipping the script — the statistics are improving.

Together, we can end child abuse. END IT. But to do this — to really do this — we all have to have a stake in it. You are part of the solution.
